So we've had Snowpocolypse this past couple of weeks here in North Texas. It's made my schedule a little crazy and I've struggled to get in some decent wods.
Here's some of what I've been able to do:
I got a PR in the 2k row- 7:18
3 rounds of
20 Wall-Ball
15 GHD sit-ups
5 Power Cleans @ 165
~11 min
5 rounds of
5 deadlifts @ 245#
10 burpees
~4:20
5 rounds of
45 sec on 15 sec off
walking lunges
pull-ups
broad jumps
push press @ 30# dbs
got 395 reps total
Plus some skill/strength work in the snatch/clean/press/squat
I have some video that I'll try to get up once I can get some time and motivation to work with it.
Here's hoping for a better next couple of days.
