6.7.12

Deadlift today only
just did heavy singles as a feeling out point for where I am.  Tried to not really push this too much.  Worked up to 365.  Quest for 400 started today.

He did a crazy long 2 round workout that he came up with.
15 wall balls. 20 OH Squats, 20 DB Thrusters, 30 Box Jumps, 15 KB Swings, 1 minute plank hold

  1. glad you posted deadlift video, i was going to ask about that. for some reason i can't get my brain to translate that movement properly to my body from my eyes.
