A couple minutes slower than the fittest in the world, so I'll take that.
This afternoon I got some heavy thruster triples in. I used the Games Standard from the regional workout. It was tough to use explosive hips while keeping the heels on the ground. Video at bottom. I worked up to 165# but 175# was a bit heavy and I failed on the 2nd rep.
Hmm...so I just re-read the standards from the regional workout and it said coming up to the toes is permitted as long as the feet remain stationary. Oh well.
