Tuesday, January 10

Today was Murph at CrossFit Lewisville. It was supposed to be a partner workout. I did it by myself but did ctb pull-ups and ring push-ups. So, 1 mile run 100 ctb pull-ups 200 ring push-ups 300 air squats 1 mile run I was all over the place with the rep scheme, but got it done. 47:28. Arms hurt now.
